Little Masters and Misses was established at a time when Nanny Agencies had to be Government licensed. This meant inspections to ensure that we were operating responsibly within our terms of business. The subsequent scrapping of the licensing system in 1995 saw many new irresponsible agencies open but Little Masters and Misses’ combination of good old fashioned values and a high standard of service has enabled us to endure and thrive when many have fallen by the wayside
From day one, the aim of this agency has been to safeguard the welfare of children and protect and promote the previously unfair employment rights of nannies. Stringent interview and reference checking procedures were implemented from 1985 and a professional office service was offered to both employers, nannies and babysitters; thus setting Little Masters and Misses apart from its competitors.
At the core of every conversation we have with clients and nannies are the values by which the agency is run.
We are often praised for our caring and professional manner and have been offering responsible advice to parents and nannies (both during and after placement) on a range of nanny issues for 20 years.
